We are looking for someone to head up our Growth Marketing, our first role of this type, to help write the playbook at an early-stage startup. Work with the RevOps founding team and help us execute on our path to helping builders worldwide understand the value of the RevOps platform!

Responsibilities

  • Help us establish a baseline set of metrics for tracking our goals.
  • Pitch, listen, and put to work ideas from the team.
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses and run A/B tests across different segments, user flows, strategies, channels, and campaigns for validation.
  • Create programs and campaigns that engage and grow a user base from signup through conversion, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Develop creative assets, including copy and visuals, across a wide variety of formats to support marketing efforts.
  • Design, implement, and scale organic and paid marketing strategies, analyzing and optimizing channel mix and funnel performance.
  • Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams across a wide range of projects.

Requirements

  • SaaS experience is highly preferred!
  • A strong understanding of and experience with a Product-Led Growth model would be ideal
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of work experience as a growth marketer; ideally working with early-stage companies
  • Experience with growth hacking strategies for user activation and growth across multiple channels
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools
  • Excellent written communication
  • High level of ownership over work product
  • Strong project management skills
  • Creativity and a strong innovative/entrepreneurial streak
