RevOps is looking for a visionary, highly empathetic, leader to own our marketing function. The right Marketing leader will have an enormous impact on our momentum. Our ideal candidate has successfully delivered on an effective marketing strategy at a SaaS company, and wants to build an innovative marketing team from the ground up. From the start, you’ll have a seat at our leadership table, collaborating with and influencing the leadership across our organization, while building us a winning marketing playbook that can be the industry standard.
At RevOps, we help SaaS companies automate their pricing. Companies like MemSQL, productboard, and VeryGoodSecurity use RevOps to send smarter proposals and close deals faster. We are a fast growing startup backed by Gradient (Google), Caffeinated Capital, and other prominent investors. We are tackling the truly massive b2b sales market, developing modern software for an industry that still relies on word docs and spreadsheets for closing deals.
We’re looking for someone to roll up their sleeves and deliver on a marketing plan. You’ll be spearheading initiatives that are data-informed, insight-driven and customer-focused. Initially the focus will be to build out a demand marketing program and then to develop our long-term marketing strategy. We know you’ll need to hire amazing people beyond our current team to help execute this vision and iterate on existing processes. This position will report to the CEO/ Co-founder. As the first marketing hire, this is an extremely critical hire for the RevOps.
